Utility Creative Services (“Utility”) operates the CTLG application as well as the ctlg.io and utl.io websites. It is Utility policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites and applications.
What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site or Make a payment. When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

The collection of this information is intended for Utility to provide the CTLG services and better understand and serve the users and visitors of our websites and applications. Utility may collect metadata and statistics about the behavior of visitors of its websites and users of its applications. Utility may display this information publicly or provide it to others, provided that such information is provided in an aggregated and anonymized fashion. However, Utility does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described above.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
How do we protect your media and associated data ?
Except as otherwise provided below, a user's media and associated data is deemed private to that user, and is not made available to other users or to visitors of the CTLG services.
A user may choose to make available his or her media, associated data, or other personally-identifying information, to other users of the CTLG services, and in such case, Utility may share such information as authorized by the user through the CTLG services.
A user may also choose to make available such information by explicitly making the information public, or publishing it to third party services such as Facebook or Twitter. In such case, Utility may share the information, and the subsequent use of such information will be subject to the terms of such third party services, as applicable.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We transfer your media to the applications that you have chosen to share this information with. In such cases we share only the files and folders that you choose to share. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
Other than to its employees and on-site contractors, as described above, Utility discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law, or when Utility believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Utility, third parties or the public at large.
If you have created a CTLG account and have supplied your email address, Utility may send notifications or reminders regarding your current service. If the option for further communication is enabled, Utility may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, products, or solicit your feedback.
If you send us a request via our support email or one of our feedback mechanisms, we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. All identifying information will be removed before publishing.
